Only because of Austin Locklear and Jill Holt do I give you a "10". Jill is exceptional at customer service and Austin is fantastic at whatever service he performs. Both people stive to make sure the job is done timely and correctly.
When Austin was at our house, he had a question about a service so he called a senior tech, Mark Seymour (who is also exceptional), to ask what needed to be done re our dehumidifier. Austin will always ask me if there is anything else he can do for us - even after performing an exceptional service. He consistantly goes above an beyond and exceeds expectations!

Technician was on time as scheduled and treated issue as needed. Tech also spent time inspecting crawl space and provided feedback on issue and provided a quote to service crawl space same day as stated.
Tech always shows up on time, lets me know that he has arrived, asks if there is anything that need attention and then treats the areas of the house.

Prompt, efficient, good value
It seems to work and that's the only thing I really want. I have to say I do have a problem with the humidifier service girl came out and turned it back on after one of the technicians turned it off and she said it would run for a couple of days probably forward start shutting off well so far it's been running constantly. Where the little pump supposed to pump the water out the condensate anyway he hadn't put out any kind of sight that I've seen so far so I question that
