Paul is the service tech that comes out to my home every 3 months and performs a service check, which includes checking all mouse traps in and outside, spraying outside to keep "pests" at bay, and then takes the time to ask questions to see if we are having any other issues that Terminex can address. He always works professionally and gets the job done quickly. We love seeing Paul every 3 months! Thank you for your excellent service!

Matt Cope is always on time. He is courteous, and respectful of our time. He interacts with my sister's dog to ensure that he is comfortable with a "new" person being at the house. Matt will listen to problems that we may be experiencing with "pests", and he will implement whatever needs to be done to ensure that the issues are taken care of.
