Overall, sometimes it is difficult to get communication from the office, no invoices ard provided, and I struggled to keep a tech for the first couple of years. It's been a lot smoother as if late, and I appreciate the service.

Ben Sexton is so personal and professional. If I need him to check my bees or any other insect that I come across, I don’t know about. He will come and check it for me. If he needs to get into the house to check something about the bugs, I feel free to leave the door unlocked. I trust Ben. He’s a great asset for Terminix.
I'm always reminded in advance of when regular service is needed. Leevi knows my house and property well and does exactly what needs to be done as well as any extras that may arise on a given visit. I feel I'm well taken care of.
