The service technician went through what he was planning to do. Upon completion he went through what was completed along with any other items which caught his attention. Specifically he noticed a couple of ant hills on the lawn and took the appropriate action.

He is very effective in client retention for Terminex! We have plenty of quality pest control options in our area but MATT is why we stay with Terminex. Matt would be a great person to train new employees and I could see potential for leading and motivating his own Terminix team in the future.
