I'm so very grateful to have Terminix because aside from their regular service calls which are wonderful to begin with, always taking into account the fact that I have various pets in the house that can get into any kind of chemicals they would use, I had a very huge problem with ants the other day. I went out into the backyard with my indoor watering can to water something on my back deck instead of going out the sliding glass doors and alerting the four legged crew. After I was finished as I was trying to leave my yard I noticed an army of ants traveling along my fence. They traveled the course of approximately 24 feet along the fence over the gate, and then up the side of the house behind the drain spout heading from what I could see up towards the attic. Now I have a two story house and no latter that long. I couldn't even figure out how to open the gate latch without getting ants in my watering can which is an inside one. The first thing I did was call Terminix when I got in the house and I had a service call the very next day! My problem was taken care of and that was about a week or so ago and I checked yesterday as a matter of fact and still no ants. No matter what my problem, Terminix has always been so understanding both in the office and the gentleman who comes to my house to service me. Thank you so much for all you do.
