The person who scheduled appointments was quite friendly and respectful of our appointment times availability.
Nick was courteous, efficient, and thorough in his inspection of bait stations and, on a separate visit, the crawl space of our home. He communicated effectively and provided verbal information that was helpful to us. We hope he will continue to be the Terminix representative who makes annual visits.
The only reason we scored Terminix as "9" and not "10" is because the invoice should provide additional information (for example, findings regarding our specific property, such as moisture level in crawl space, and any tips to reduce termites on our property).

Paul White does a good job for us. He asks about, and then listens to - and tries to solve - our problems. He is very polite and courteous - and very good about communicating in advance of his visits.
I like the fact that Chris communicates with me directly so I know when he’s coming and I can let him know if I need any specific services.
