I'm a little confused. Eddie was very professional and answered questions that I had. I mention to him about the basement & crawl space. Eddie stated unless I have seen some activity which I haven't then it want be necessary to go n the basement or crawl space for inspections. I'm not even sure if the termite baiting stations were even checked. He did spray the eaves of the house for bees. Previous visiting they always checked the basement & crawl space and the baiting station (when they left u could tell they had checked the baiting stations).
