The Technician who services our house (Ace) is terrific. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He always asks if we are having any pest problems, and when we do, he checks out the situation and almost always has an effective solution. We're very pleased with his work.

However your bill payment methods are outdated and not user-friendly at all.

I don't seem to have pest problems due to the services. The service tech, Stan, is really good in so many ways. I have recommended Terminix to neighbors lots of times due to his service. it's also easy to work with the office if needed.
