However, I have never had someone show up for an appointment that I never scheduled, and that happened this week. I was unable to get the inside of my home serviced, so I was very disappointed. I always get an email telling me it’s time to schedule my service and to call. This month I had not received that email. I do not like someone showing up enexpectedly. I was very unhappy.

Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure our home was protected against pests. He spotted evidence of rodents in a location which the home inspector had not found, put out traps, and came back 3 days later to find 3 dead mice! We are from the North and unfamiliar with a lot of the pests in NC. He informed us about carpenter bees and how to watch out for them. He explained about the type of termites here and the system used to keep them at bay. He recommended what we could do to discourage further rodent intrusion. He is trustworthy and caring- qualities that are often missing!
