On May 8th we had a routine Terminex service call at our Sapphire home. Charlie with Terminix contacted me to remotely unlock the front door as we're located in Tampa. During this service, Charlie noted multiple loosened & buckling hardwood floor planks and called me to report the situation. He was able to track the floor displacement finding standing water in the upper level & noted leaking water to the downstairs area. Per my request Charlie was able to locate & turn off the water to our house saving our home from additional damage.
