Nathan is our guy! He is helpful, resourceful, and always pleasant to deal with. He finds problems or issues and either fixes them or notifies us. When he arrives at our home, he always ensures that he checks on us to ensure that we aware that he will be walking our property. He has found issues that need to be addressed and will let us know what to do. We have been very happy with our Terminix service.

The Terminix person is the one who found termite damage in our crawlspace. After treatment, we encapsulated our crawlspace, which we should have done years before. It has made a big difference to the air quality in our house.
