Easy! What I like best is the careful attention to detail that my service person gives. So far, I have had 9 years of service through Terminix, all provided by the same person! Abraham is friendly , courteous, and professional. He told me that he loves his job, and it shows!

I like how Jordan, my Service Professional, can answer any questions I have about services I receive. I also discovered during his last visit that he's quite the pro at identifying bugs. I had some insect visitors that I had never seen before hanging out by one of my windows. Jordan told me what kind of insect it was and what time of year they emerge. Problem solved :)
