Terminix has serviced my home for termites since 2009, When questioning whether ants were termites, Terminix checked the insects and in-ground bait receptacles and satisfied my curiosity. Annually my house is checked for termites and moisture in the crawl space. This season, May 2025, the moisture reading was lower than last year's reading. The inspections and reports give me confidence in my bond with Terminix.

Our service technician, Devante is very knowledgeable and professional. He’s always on time and ready to answer any questions we may have. The local office is very efficient and it’s nice to speak to a local person vs. a call center.

We were very apprehensive when we were informed Jeff Lunsford was retiring. Jeff had provided our service for many years and was EXCELLENT!! We did not want to give him up but are delighted he is blessed to have reached this milestone in his career.
Our fears were soon alleviated when we met our new Terminix Service Professional, Mike Bullins. Mike was very thorough and made sure he initially understood our service expectations. He then followed through beautifully with the same excellent service and professionalism to which we had become accustomed.
