I like how my Terminix Technician Allen is so proactive in managing my pest control service. He knows the pest issues I have had in the past and keeps track of the current status by season.
He knows my neighborhood and if there are any common pest issues for my area. He prevents problems.

Devante arrives when he is scheduled. And he tells me what he will do especially if the weather is makes it difficult to get into the crawl space. And I tell him I unhooked the gate on the left side of the house. I have neighbors that like to get into the backyard.
Devante tells me when he will come back due to the ridiculous weather. We are waiting for the 90 degree weather. He answers my questions about certain bugs I find. I tell him I have more spiders than anyone else. And he takes care of them. I wish he could wave a wand on the back yard and get rid of those pesky moles.
He also checks the bait stations. I am trying to fix the front garden where no wood mulch gets to the bait stations.
And if I have another yellow jacket queen attempting to build a nest, I know just who to call.
