Colby is a consummate professional who communicates very well, arrives on time, knows what he is doing, as well as what is available, and is able to be personable while being professional. When we bought our house, it had been unoccupied for at least 8 months and had ants colonizing the walls, mice in the crawlspace and more. With the annual service plan, it only took a year to get things settled down (with 3 calls for specific issues like the ant colony we found when we opened up a wall) so the quarterly treatments are taking care of things. We have been blessed through Terminix and, especially, Colby being our pest control servicer. We hope you have a blessed 2023

My current operator Trenton is well versed and comes ready to start the job. He is thorough and completes the service efficiently. Following the service he communicates any potential issues that might occur in the future and notes things that are out of place in areas that I have difficulty accessing due to my age. His positive feedback and attitude are appreciated here.
