I sent in my review before and I'm not sure I can say it as well again. I feel like you've got my back. I'm an elderly widow and when Scott Johnson shows up, it feels like my own little house protection warrior had shown up. He is of the highest integrity, professionalism, and he's not a a bug-chaser, he is a protector of my home and myself. I am blessed to have someone on my side. I know if anything seems odd, I can call him and he shows up or he explains it to me.
He's taken on the Japanese beetles that look like Lady Bugs and he's won. They would come upstairs from the garage and into my master bath. Bizarre having bugs in the bathtub but it's not an issue this year. We did have a few in the garage but not the hundreds that kept showing up. He pulled out, replaced, and checked all my termite protection green catchers as needed. When I moved in, he replaced them all so really it's been just checking, spraying, and going after the spiders.
The office staff is as kind and efficient as Scott. They know me, my address, my issues. I don't know how they remember it all and they always are respectful, friendly, and resolve my issues. I am not good with paper management and they've got my back on that. It is so reassuring.
Stephen is supposed to be the manager but I think he is out and working as much as he manages. He and another team member got rid of the bats, cleaned out all the guano, sealed the attic and there has not been a return critter of any kind. It's silent and clean which gives me confidence because that can cause health issues.
For being in a small town, I feel like I have the training, education, and knowledge of a huge company wrapped around my home. It gives me confidence and they are only a phone call away and VERY responsive and they keep me informed and educated as they monitor my major investment.

Scott Johnson! He knows what he is doing. He explains the good parts and the bad parts. He gives me solutions to problems -- like the fruit flies and the Japanese beetles. He is polite and professional. He does not need my supervision and does a complete job. He doesn't make a mess. He is not only knowledgeable about beasts and bugs but he warns me to watch for things and keeps me updated on my account. He is very courteous and joyful and brings a smile with him. He is never grumpy, cold, or superior. It is a pleasure to have him advise me and service the house. (And he has made friends with the timid dog.)
