Actually met the man who handles our house back in May when we were up there for a week. He walked us all around the house and explained what chemicals were being used, showed how he sprays. It was very comforting for us to know how he performs this service for us. I feel like you take time to hire the best techs who care about their profession.

Your service people always announce their presence on the property, are very pleasant, ask about specific problems, and then go about doing their job. We have always received professional and personal service from the Terminix technicians who have visited our home for the past 7 years. We are sorry to have lost Anthony Gonzalez, who was exceptional in many ways; however, the recent visit by Scott Johnson was very thorough and detailed. He left no "stone unturned" and was obviously very motivated to perform his work to the highest level possible. We look forward to having him treat our home and to seeing him again when our next pest control visit is scheduled.
