Very disappointed to hear our service provider Bear McCombs is leaving Terminix. We've had Bear over 12 years and couldn't more pleased with the service he provides. Don't know who be assigned to his route but he or she has big shoes to fill. I could go on and on with what we liked about Bear but I'll make it short and sweet. Bear establishes a relationship with his clients, we likewise have a relationship with Bear.It's not all about getting in and getting out as quick as you can. Bear takes time to do it right, answer any questions we might have and is accommodating to our schedule. BEAR WILL BE MISSED.
