As a part time resident, the gentleman uses our door code to gain access to our house. I really trust him and know the services are being done when were not there. I know this because we have on site camera's that I can view him in our house.

Everything is well done-would like to see more inside appearances. Also, please no sneaking up on the quarterly services. Make sure it is every quarter not 3 weeks which can increase services by a month every year.

The representative, Grayson, listened to my concerns and concentrated on the areas I told him I was having problems with pests such as ants. When I asked him a question, he gave me an answer and if he didn't know the answer, he told me he would followup.
