This new man is wonderful! The other man never did the back of my house and I don't think was ever as thorough. He was very nice but this man is better at his job. He even was kind enough to help my friend bring in a couple bags of groceries that were outside my front door. That's going above and beyond. He knows that I am in a wheelchair so it was very kind of him to help.

Our Terminix guy always calls ahead of time to set up a date and time. He spent a lot of time removing cobwebs outside of our house and spraying around the outside of our windows and doors, as well as being very thorough. Same with the inside of our house.
