They are dependable. They have regularly scheduled service visits but if l need them before or in between a scheduled visit they will come out. And l don't have to be there for them to render service. Never had a problem with Terminix.
Steve T. does a thorough job inspecting and treating the outside and inside of my house. He carefully treats doors and windows ingress points, sprays the outside of the house, particularly the door frames. Then he does the same careful inspection and treatment inside the house.
