Our service technician is great. He communicates on time, is always helpful and since our home is a part time rental I always feel confident that if something does not look ok at the property he will send me a text or picture.
For us it is a matter of trust. We have rental property that Terminix services. We are not at the houses so we have to trust that they are doing the work.
NICHOLAS IS ALWAYS PROMPT, ATTENDS TO PROBLEM, ETC. HAD 2 MICE FOUND IN HOUSE EARLIER THIS WEEK AND ONE SMALL ONE WAS DEAD ON FLOOR AT TOP OF STEPS TO BASEMENT. THE OTHER ONE, MUCH LARGER, WANDERING AROUND NEAR THE SAME PLACE WHERE THE "FOOD BITS" ARE LOCATED. TRIED TO "CATCH", BUT IMPOSSIBLE, WENT INTO THE INSULATION MATERIAL THAT SURROUNDS THE WALL AT TOP OF STEPS.
