NICHOLAS IS ALWAYS PROMPT, ATTENDS TO PROBLEM, ETC. HAD 2 MICE FOUND IN HOUSE EARLIER THIS WEEK AND ONE SMALL ONE WAS DEAD ON FLOOR AT TOP OF STEPS TO BASEMENT. THE OTHER ONE, MUCH LARGER, WANDERING AROUND NEAR THE SAME PLACE WHERE THE "FOOD BITS" ARE LOCATED. TRIED TO "CATCH", BUT IMPOSSIBLE, WENT INTO THE INSULATION MATERIAL THAT SURROUNDS THE WALL AT TOP OF STEPS.
I like the customer service from the office! They are always there to help in any way they can.
And Adam goes above and beyond to make sure that my home stays pest free!
