We like our pest protection from Terminix mainly because of the service we get from Hunter Payne who provides the chemicals needed to eradicate the pests that we tell him about. He sweeps down any webs or whatever is showing on our home and sprays inside and out of our home including our shop and even our mailbox when asked to do so. Thank you Hunter Payne for a great job!

Before we had Terminix, we had ant traps, mice traps and dealt with all kinds of bugs. Oh, and carpenter bees. We weren't controlling them on our own. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly - the people in the office schedule you quickly and are also very nice - and know what they're doing. Really, really like the company & the people in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area.

Your products work, which is of course important, but the very best thing about Terminix is Daniel Brown. Not only is he knowledgeable and hard working, he’s kind, he seems to really care about his customers, and our day is always a little brighter for having seen him.
Hunter is a super nice friendly guy and a professional while working in our home. He has restored our confidence in having people working in our home after a very disturbing incident where a DTV installer stole several thousand dollars of sentimental jewelry pieces. He’s in jail but our things were never recovered. We never have a second thought with Hunter and his work is above and beyond.
