Very knowledgeable and have been great to work with.
Service was fine but technician caught his ladder on the underside of our deck. Instead of backing up and removing the ladder he kept going and gouged and nicked all of the crossbeams holding the deck. The whole deck jumped with each rung. We had to do paint touchup work on the outer deck board. He seemed more concerned with his ladder than with our deck.
Robert and his colleague did a fantastic job regarding the Carpenter Bees Treatment…Keep up the good work!
