The local Terminix office does a great job of following up to schedule my quarterly service. Dakota recently came by and explained that he couldn't check our crawl space on this trip due t a truck issue. However, he came back the next week and check our crawlspace and refreshed the rodent baits. The team is really good about adjusting to my requests.
