Andy Rice came to do our annual inspection and after finding no pests he told us he did see a small shallow puddle and slow drip of water in the crawl space. We investigated further and found the insulation above the puddle was saturated and poured water when compressed! Our plumber found our washing machine hose connection had been leaking through the floor system. He replaced the hose connection and replaced the wet insulation in the crawl space and all is good. Andy’s thorough inspection in our crawl space averted an emergency situation for us!
