He is friendly, thoughtful of our home, gives our 4 legged child ear rubs, informs us what he has done and if there is any issues he finds that need to be addressed and he is just great guy. Tim is so good to work with. He is flexible on working with us as our calendar changes. And he shows up at the scheduled time or calls or texts us with an update. He know what we look for in our service call and can knock it out quickly. Recently, he even coached me on the phone on how to deal with carpenter bees.
