Our Terminix reps have been exemplary in their conduct and process. They have been cordial and tidy and responsive. One spotted a water leak during treatment that saved many dollars of repair.
Alex was thorough, professional & very knowledgeable. He was respectful and friendly. He wore shoe covers despite our informing him it was unnecessary. He arrived a bit early but remained in his vehicle a few minutes until we greeted him and he acknowledged he wanted to insure we were ready for his arrival. Very polite and considerate. He kept us informed throughout.
The office staff was friendly and gave us an appointment the next day. Very efficient and courteous. We continue to be happy Terminex customers.
