The technician showed up on time and listened to my complaints about carpenter bees. He offered another service to deal with that and I am considering it. He was informed about the insects that are around our area. He was also friendly and professional. I haven’t seen many insects inside the house since I started Terminix service. Those I do see are usually send so I’m satisfied with the service.

Terminix of Franklin- all the personnel I've talked to have been so kind and helpful! Our service has been done well with great communication from the service technicians. We have no inside bug issues at all. Looking forward to seeing if the mosquito and flea treatment outsider will help calm down the chiggers, too.
Best of all, there's a real sense of honest caring for what they do. I totally recommend Terminix of Franklin.
