It's generally been good both in showing up for appointments after doing a complete job but much of that is related to being able to keep the same person coming which has been a problem
Super nice people to deal with. Rob is AMAZING! He is so dependable and willing to come out even in between our regular service dates and every time he comes to our house we learn something new ( he LOVES bugs and knows a LOT about them!).
We live in the woods and have never had any issues with bugs or spiders and if we do they come out and address the problem right away. We love Terminex and this is one service we will never give up!
