Communication is excellent. Andrew is a very likable guy very pleasant and easy-going. He does a thorough job. Vaughan at the office is also great with communication and scheduling!!! I have been using Termnix in Anderson for a decade!

Your service technicians are proficient, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. You are prompt and keep us posted if anything necessitates a delay in your schedule. Often you are even ahead of schedule. Your office staff is courteous and accommodating.
