The services are scheduled and conducted on time. The quality of work, including repairs if necessary, is high.
Benny is very nice. He makes sure to find and check all of the termite bait stations. He even gets excited if he gets a hit on one. He says that's what you want. They eat this and take it back to the nest and it kills them.
