We had a good experience in Sept 2022. The technician was excellent, prompt and professional. In one prior examination the technician left red mud around the bait traps in several spots, and sometimes they leave without reporting on their results. This technician answered all our questions and saw us at the door before he left.
Caley, our Terminix service person is excellent at her work. When it comes down to it, service is as good as the person in the field, doing the work. Since Caley became our Terminix service person, we have been extremely pleased with Terminix.

Austin was very polite on the phone but I have yet to meet him in person due to my work hours. Not fault of his. I have seen a big difference on the outside with bugs and have found no fire ant mounds.

I love Terminix. Rarely do I have any bugs, and if I do, they come over very quickly to remedy the problem. Caley, my technician, knocks down all the spider webs around the outside of my home and in the garage. She wears booties and a mask when she enters the house. She is sweet, considerate and thorough. What more can you ask for?
