In all honesty, until I received a new representative to handle my account, I wasn’t all that pleased. The previous gentleman, Eric, just seemed a little off, and our communication wasn’t very good. But this most recent contact with Terminix has been far more positive. My new representative, Brian Cantrell, was extremely thorough, very friendly and communicative and did an absolutely fantastic job. He made some suggestions that I followed in regards to spiders on my dock and around my boat. Overall, I just couldn’t be more happy with him. I was actually considering canceling my services based on my previous rep. That’s no longer in my plans.
