The service men send out reminders and the office staff is wonderful about getting invoices out in a reasonable amount of time. Jared!!! After years of having a different tech year after year, Jared has now provided our service for the past 4 or 5 years. He is absolutely the BEST!! He knows our house, knows exactly what he has done in the past, and keeps up with everything we need. He is a true asset to the Terminix organization!
