Josh Eldridge did a very thorough annual termite inspection of our home this year (May, 2024), and he gave us a detailed explanation of the inspection results. Also, he was kind enough to direct our attention to some evidence of problems with our aging hot water heater.
As always Chris Donally goes above and beyond for protecting our log home. He is polite, very professional, courteous and always on time. If we ever have a problem, we just give him a call and he comes right out

Terminix came through!! We moved to the area and hired Terminix to come in every 3 months like we had done with pest control in NC. We had some issues and I was mistakenly informed by my Terminix “young guy” that did our service. Confused and dissatisfied, I spoke with Terminix about our continued bug issue, found out our service person was no longer with them, due to unknown reasons. A Terminix supervisor came out and spent time with me on the phone and my husband at our home, answered all our questions and confirmed what Terminix could do and did our pest control correctly and did a great job. Just goes to show, if you have issues, don’t give up, ask questions and give another chance, because sometimes a company has someone that may not be quite up to par. Staying with Terminix and glad I spoke up and didn’t accept my first service and impressions. Thank you Terminix!

Tony Sims is the one that is "our guy" and friendly and does a good job. He has been here enough to know what and when treatments are needed.

The service technician inspects my house, checks all the stations and gives me a sense of security regarding my earlier termite problem.
The stations help prevent any future termite activity, they are inserted into the soil and the ingredient kills and deters termite activity, prior to the termites entering the house.

The tech you have on our route is good and friendly but our old tech was better. The new guy is very good at what he does but Tony was better because he had different equipment available to him and I liked the idea of him putting a barrier around the home to keep all bugs and pests out. That seems to be in the past and that's not the tech's fault!
If I have an issue they will always come back and retreat.
Technicians are always prompt and do a great job protecting our home from insects.
