The work is always done professionally. The technicians are well trained and courteous. They get right to the job and explain any findings.
About a month ago, we had our quarterly pest service. The technician, Mark, was friendly but got right to the job, efficiently and well.
More recently, we had our annual termite inspection performed by two Regional Assistants, Tom and Todd. They had been to our place before and they remembered us like old friends. They did a thorough job of inspecting the areas under contract and even performed work that, although it required another job order, would have required another appointment so it saved time for us as well as saving time and fuel cost for Terminix.
Terminix is a good outfit and this is the 4th home that I have used Terminix to protect. The products are good because they work. The staff are good because they care about the customer and about the quality of their work.

Service is great and they will come back between scheduled quarterly service as needed. I have not needed to ask for a return visit. The service is a little pricey.
