Friendly, efficient, effective, and dependable service.
Our service tech (Jeremy) is always on time and never rushes around trying to finish his inspection.
He's thorough and checks around the house inside and out while spreading or spraying the solutions. If ever necessary to return for any unforeseen reason he makes himself available as soon as possible and keeps you aware of his status until he arrives. His service keeps your mind at ease for taking care of your house..... it's much appreciated.

That you’ve always been there for Sam and me, and now just me, whenever we’ve had a problem with insect or rodent pests. Both “varieties” - especially the palmetto bugs - used to make Sam squeamish, which meant this former Girl Scout camp attendee had to get rid of all the nasty varmints that would show up in between quarterly visits. So glad I haven’t had too many of those this year though!
In addition, the techs - with only one exception - over the last 25+ years have been great guys! I personally favor Jason (whose last name escapes me but he’s the one who had the bad knee); but that is not meant to reflect poorly on the others. Jason and I just had a special connection at a time when I really needed it.
I like Elijah, the young man that comes out to service my property. He is friendly, caring and thorough in his work. So far I have no issues with Terminix.

I like having the same reliable person to deal with at each service. I would not have recommended as highly even 3 years ago. It was a mess dealing with a different person almost every time before. Also some were just scary to let into my house. James Reece is considerate and careful.
