Twice my service man (his name is Jason, I think) has pointed out to me something that needed to be fixed in my house that I couldn't see, a roof leak in a bedroom, and a siding fallen off the outside of house where I wouldn't have seen it. He is always careful, always cheerful, and a real asset to your company.
