Enjoy talking to the front staff as they are always willing and able to assist with setting my appt for quarterly bug spraying or the annual termite inspection done by Jeromy, or I simply call Jeromy and set the appt.... quick and convenient. Jeromy has been my technician for several years now. He keeps me posted when he's avail and updates his location and arrival time prior to actual arriving.
Very polite and proficient at applying required insecticides, whether around the exterior of the house, under the house or inside through out all the rooms. Also knocks down all the pesky spider webs around exterior that are never ending! When his inspections are done and complete he gives an overall brief as to what he performed.... he's very respectful of your property and extremely proficient with his time. Glad to have him and Terminex providing their service. Thanks
