James Reece is fantastic! He takes care of our quarterly pest control and our yearly termite inspection and treatment. He is incredibly thorough, amazingly competent, totally professional, and super nice all at the same time. When he saw that some of our termite bait stations needed replacing, he took care of it and didn't try to "make do" with the old ones. It is such a wonderful feeling not to have to worry about bugs in general or termites in particular because this family has total and complete confidence in James. We trust him implicitly and are so very grateful for his attention to detail, commitment to service, and caring attitude. He's the best!
