Y'all have out done yourself on this cycle of inspection.
In the most recent inspection your person noticed that the filter for the dehumidifier had not been replaced (my fault because no one told me it had a filter and where to buy them - not a Lowes or HD item).
The dehumidifier had some problems itself.
I agreed to purchase a new one - $1,500.
THEN, you person called me later and said that his manager had found that the unit should not have failed this early in it life and found out that it was still under warranty.
Summary - We get a new unit at no cost.
Told you person it was going to be hard for him to top this on the next annual inspection.
I appreciate the extra added checking and service.
