I would like to express my satisfaction with the equality of the fumigation services provided. The work has been performed correctly and as expected, I appreciated the professionalism of your team.
However, I kindlly request that future appointments to be honored at the scheduled time. On the day of the last fumigation, the technician arrived approximately 1hour and 30 munutes earlier than the agreed appointment. At that time, I was not yet home, and as a reult, he was unable to access the garage or the house.
I value the service you provided and look forward to continuing with your company. I simply ask that arrival times align with the scheduled appoinments to ensure proper access and coordination .

Young gentleman showed up, introduced himself, said what he was here to do and asked if I had any ?'s.
Polite, easy to converse with, made his inspection, shared details of what he had found, everything find for dehumidifier and no termites but did recommend mouse trap boxes for underneath the extension we had built on left side of house.
Wish I could find employees like him when I was still working (now retired at 80).
As always, our Terminix technician did a great job. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
