We have had a contract with Terminex since we built our log home 30 years ago. We've had 3 occasions to need their help, and each time they successfully handled the problem. We also feel comforted by the regular inspection we get. The Taylors office is easy and helpful to deal with. I would give a full 5 ☆s if the contract were a little more reasonably prices to maintain. 🙂

But the most recent inspection was scheduled for 1PM. We were out of the house shopping in the morning, but made a point of being home by 1PM. However, apparently the inspection was completed in the morning. It's not a huge deal, but communication could have been better.

The Service tech Brandon Nobles was great. He showed up on time, was very friendly and profesional. He explained what he was doing and he always follows up to see if we’re having any issues.

The associate listens to issues we are having and has solutions to them. He has been responsive if we need him to come back out. He is very friendly!! Everyone since we have signed up 12 years ago, are very friendly. Pricing is 100% acceptable as well :)
