I have been a Terminix customer for decades and plan to continue. I don't like disappointing surprises and find that this does not happen with Terminix. Sure things happen along the way but this company has always worked hard to be my needs taken care of and made the journey as smooth as possible.

The lady who answered the phone really did make sure someone was sent to us same day which I really appreciated. I was upset and my nerves were rattled with the thought of mice in my home and the fella she had sent to our home Thursday couldnt have been better. He was so professional and I felt like he really went the extra mile to insure our home is pest free. He even showed us where he thought the pests were coming in at and gave us advice on how to quickly fix the problem and that same day we bought steel wool and sealed the holes around the pipes under the sinks and arounf toilet.

The representatives arrive on time, do their work quietly and don't disturb anyone. Since the first application I have not seen any bugs except for fleas and when I call for extra spraying there is never any question.
