The lady who answered the phone really did make sure someone was sent to us same day which I really appreciated. I was upset and my nerves were rattled with the thought of mice in my home and the fella she had sent to our home Thursday couldnt have been better. He was so professional and I felt like he really went the extra mile to insure our home is pest free. He even showed us where he thought the pests were coming in at and gave us advice on how to quickly fix the problem and that same day we bought steel wool and sealed the holes around the pipes under the sinks and arounf toilet.
