The two young men who came to our home (Alex & Billy) were both courteous and professional. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and how the products work. They were very knowledgeable about their products.
Both young men advised us about what we needed to do, such as leaving the house for a certain amount of time while products dried. To be vigilant in observing for bedbugs and reporting
if not gone in 4 weeks.
