Billy did a great job as our service tech, and was prompt and thorough. Unfortunately some wildlife still entered our crawl space that required additional cost of treatment and that's ongoing. But we are pleased with Terminex for ease of scheduling and their efforts to limit insects and small mammals.

Billy was great! Very informative of what needed to be done. For example, we had a lot of spiders so recommended needing pest control. He was able to spray for spiders and bug on same day. We also have carpenter bees and advised they had a spray for that also.

My comments concerning the service can be summed up in the fact that I have been a repeat customer for over the past 7-8 years. And as it stand today, I have no plans to discontinue being a loyal customer. Of course the primary reason for this loyalty is the confidence I have in the technicians that have performed the service during my association with Terminix

Billy went above and beyond while attending to our home. He was so conscientious and we really appreciated the time he spend tending to our property.
