Not to mention, when I called him recently at 7:00pm, he not only answered my call but was at my home the next morning to take care of the problem I was having.

We have Terminix for our termite bond. Scheduling is relatively easy. The technician is very professional; calling ahead, advising of any issues or status regarding moisture. We have had their services for almost 20 years.

It's convenient and consistent. Our service technician, Leo, is courteous, prompt, and helpful. He listens to any concern that we have and addresses needs. Leo is the man! It's been a pleasure getting to know him over the last few years as he has serviced our home. He is very knowledgeable about all of the treatment options and takes the time to explain how and why they work. That extra effort instills a confidence in the service that I haven't found in the past with other pest control companies.

TERMINIX is wonderful, customer reps in the office and field techs are so nice and always helpful and pleasant to talk to. Quick to respond and they don't get aggravated with my ignorant questions. Their treatments work really fast and last, no termites and no more fire ants! The only thing I hate is the fact that I waited so long to call them and start service with them. HIGHLY recommend them.
