Let me tell you what I like about Terminix. The ref you sent to service my home is genuinely friendly and presents himself positively. I like the fact that I receive notifications and don't have to wait on anyone. Bill, does what he says he is going to do. I don't have to watch him. Let me keep him!! (smile)

I like that I can always depend on my Terminix guy Leo to get the job done. He always asks if I have any problems or concerns, he takes into account the weather and the seasonal pests and addresses any additional issues. I know that my home is protected year round with Leo and Terminix!

What do you like about our services?

As always, Billy was on time and very professional and courteous. He always asks if we are having any problems that he needs to be aware of before he starts the job. He works quickly and proficiently.
We have always been pleased with Billy's work ethic.

We love our terminex team member Leo Fronzak, he's the most friendly and happy go luck person you could ever meet. Leo is truly through and so pleasant, we enjoy his company, Leo brought our dog 🐕 Elsa a Christmas card and a gourmet doggie treat his December visit. Thank you !
