To start with, Nicole answers the phone 📱 and is very gracious and pleasant, no push 1to speak to a representative. Great to talk with people that have a pulse, then there's our Terminex Technician, Leo with the 'can do attitude' always smiling, treating us like we're his only customer, and so humbling, and a extra bonus, Leo brings a doggie treat for Elsa, even know she timid and barks the entire time Leo's here. Nicole and Leo are truly valuable assets and a tribute to Terminix.

The service is timely and professional. I live where the lake and the forest comingle so there are many little critters to try to find their way in , so Terminx is very necessary . The service man( billy) is always on time and helpful ; pays attention to my concerns and goes the extra mile if problem areas are noticed.
