Ron was very attentive to what we needed and made sure we understood the total cost up front. I am disappointed that there is a $500 fee to transfer from the previous house owner to us when there is nothing more than changing accounts. I guess that is how business works now adays.
Anway, Ron replaced all of the termite traps, sprayed the house for pests like insects, and treated the yard for fire ants. The day after he sprayed for fire ants, there was a lot of activity in the existing ant mounds and the following day, the ants were gone. Ron explained that the ants will take the poison to the queen and kill the ants at their source which will solve the problem.
Also, Ron likes my dog.
Great service. Technician even replaced a broken termite bait cover for me.
